Important: Kindly add an additional 10 for a fully furnished property.

  • Extra rooms such as conservatory, garages, study and similar types are costs an extra 10 per room. We accept a single lounge, kitchen and bathroom in the above price.
  • Remember a check in refers to when our inventory clerks visits you together with your tenant to discuss the details of the inventory cover, room by room and is normally carried out on the day of the move in. All the meter readings are recorded in your presence and the tenant's too. In most cases, we conduct the inventory check in just before the tenant arrives (on the day of move in), and this helps save time as it ensures only a single visit to the property. It also saves you money and time!!
  • Should your property be due for professional clean up, make sure this is done before the arrival of the inventory clerks to allow recording of the same on our report records. This is also applicable when ordering EPC's, gas certificates, electrical safety certificates, CO and Smoke alarms.

NB Your tenants are responsible for all check out procedures- they should return any property to the landlord in its original state or condition. Comparisons between the two inventories (old and new) are all included in the check-out and highlights any arising or issue of concern.  A check out consists of a comparison between the old and new inventory and highlights any issues. It's advisable to involve and independent inventory clerk to carry out the property inventory report.
